Skied from P7 to Keogans for dinner with family. Did an extra loop to get a good workout in on the way out. A much more casual ski on the way back.

Great conditions and the perfect evening for a ski!

It was such a nice day out but the various pains I've been feeling in my workouts the last three days are telling me to take a day off. I also don't think I ever fully got rid of my cold from the beginning of the month and I haven't felt rested in too long so I need to be very careful...

Putting some time in that's easy on the calves. Unfortunately this wasn't so easy on the left knee which was sore but I taped it up and it held out. Icing it now.

10 minutes of stretching before and after. I never was truly in zone 1 but as the goal for this month is to build consistency and confidence in my training I'm logging at as real time anyway.

Had to hold back to keep my calves happy. That failed my calves are now like rocks. Especially my right one.

I pushed my body pretty close to the edge last week so the plan for this week was to take it easy and while still getting a decent amount of volume in.

Went to the pool to do 15 minutes with belt, 15 without, 10 with, 15 without, 10-15 with. I got about 20 minutes in and things started going sideways with a funny pain in my left calf and my left knee getting sore. That's what I get for letting the stretching slide while otherwise getting some very good workouts in recently...
