Running intervals 56:04 [4] 8.7 km (6:27 / km)
Warm up to the park by the 4H loop followed by 2 loops in the park (~1 km each) then 2 km of 4H and then 1 km of 4H. The 4H intervals were to be faster than what we had previously run intervals this year. I added in map reading and visualization of a middle distance course I drew on Darnaway (the WOC middle and relay area). I could handle it after the first two loops but really struggled to get any good map reading in after the 2k. Should keep doing this to work on it.

wrapped up with 2 laps of the field in bare feet before jogging back to the cars.

Did some dynamic stretches and a few exercises as a group between warming up and starting the intervals.
