Running 46:56 intensity: (20:02 @1) + (26:54 @2) 8.09 km (5:48 / km) +25m 5:43 / km

RALF. Theoretically these were intervals but I wasn't running them at interval pace nor getting the theoretical benefit of intervals from the workout... Pushed it a bit to long / hard though and ,y right achilles / heel went off right at the end on the way back.
