Conditioning - rolling 34:00 [0]

Took the stick to my calve and shins. Painful.

Running 48:18 [3] 7.66 km (6:18 / km) +98m 5:56 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrins

Was planning on a significantly longer run but my right heel and left knee started hurting part way though. Stopped for a little to stretch and the knee pain disappeared quickly but the heel pain persisted so I cut it short.

Conditioning - core 31:25 [3]

Same workout as on Wednesday. Really struggled with the last couple of situps and found the one legged v-ups tough too. Still feeling it from Wednesday evening and then the hills on Thursday I think. Current plan is to do an unstructured core workout on Monday and then the same structured workout on Wednesday and Friday but we'll see how the week goes.

Cycling 47:30 [1]

A little bit of quad stretching before and more afterwards along with a dozen or so weight shifts. Listened to a couple of moderately interesting podcasts while cycling. They got me through.

Orienteering 25:46 [1]

Super (physically) easy training at SFU with Meghan, Kate, Emma^2 and Christian. Just because I didn't get enough orienteering on the weekend ;)

Super cool sprint campus but I suspect a few extra extra bridge symbols would really help clarify what is and isn't passable on the different levels. There were a few spots where it was impossible tell whether or not you could get from point a to point b.

Thanks for the training Meghan!
