In an effort to focus my log on the bigger picture I'm trying out a new category to collect the 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there of maintenance work done throughout the day.
~10 minutes of wobble board around 11:00. Right hip tired easily.

Was really wanting to do the workout tonight but I ran from Jane's after printing (the bus never showed up - I must have just missed it) and my left calf started seizing up completely so no workout for me. I was running with my gym bag bouncing around on my back so maybe that had something to do with it?
The 'usual' core workout plus 20 weight transfers (10 each way) and 10 single leg running squats / leg.

Right... forgot the cardinal rule of never going to the pool at this time of day. Kids everywhere and had to switch pools twice to find lesson free areas to swim run.
