Found a very nice bike path down the hill and through some new and underconstruction neighbourhoods to the south.

New phase of core work. For the next three weeks:

Got through almost 3 and then 2.5 pull ups and the abducting 100 lbs was too much. That was a pain in the ass for next 36 hours.
