Short run in the afternoon as a break from work (I have a meeting in the evening) with a few pickups / hard bouts.

I worked both Saturday and part of Sunday so decided I didn't need to work this morning and drove out to March Highlands for a mtb ride. I haven't tried to ride at March Highlands in at least a year so was curious to see how hard I would find the trails after a lot of improvement in my riding. Still really challenging but I stayed on my bike for most first half! On the way back I no longer had the concentration to ride through the more challenging sections so was off my bike a lot.

I had said a week and a bit ago that I was going to get back into logging then promptly didn't follow through.... My excuse is that my watch wasn't set up to connect to attackpoint. And then I couldn't find the charging cable for it... I do intend to go back and backlog for the past week and a bit. If anyone is reading this - hold me to it!
