Fish Creek traverse. Started off with about an 18 min confused search for #1 but ended well...I like the long courses. Took it easy and my knee felt ok.

I suspect rowing for an hour the other day buggered my knee...should be fine with some heat/ice and some fiction massage.

Ran intervals up Tunnel Mtn. 3' run/1' walk - total of 6 reps to reach the top (25' + 1' walk). Very sloppy and difficult to run in.
