Trent-Waldron Half Marathon. Figure eight course from Westchester first to Tikishla Park and then up to Airport Rd. Run with Tim Rawson with great pace, most miles at 7.08 to 7.20 pace. Could not hold on to that pace for the last three miles, but managed to place 3rd in women. Happy with the finish.

Poor orienteering performance at Klutina meet. Red course. Got disoriented several times and at the last control totally lost. Took a long time, both Sisu and I were really tired when we got to finish, phew.

Track workout with OIA folks at West HS. Warm up around Westchester, 5x400m 1:30/1:25 pace, with easy 200m between, 800m easy, 5x400m w easy 200m between. Hang on with Holly and Aubrey until the last all out sprint. Will feel it tomorrow.
