PM - Track session. Felt the HRH "Bounce" tonight. I knew all week the legs were coming back but tonight confirmed it. 30 min warm-up. 2xbleachers bounding drill then 4x5min w/5 min rest followed by 20 min tempo.
1200's were 4:23, 4:28, 4:28, 4:13. On the last one we did an additional 200 to finish the 5 minutes. Ran the last 600 in 2:00. That is moving!
Then, for the 20 min tempo we did 6:30, 6:16, 6:14 and then 300 more meters. On the rivet and it felt good. First encouraging run in build-up to Leadville. Sub-18 still possible.
