Walk (Belair) 1:25:00 [2]

Walk with Tyson and Patrick who has a cold coming on from home, around the Lorikeet loop walk in Belair NP and home again via the fruit and veg shop. Paddy had a good sleep, which was nice, and we saw the emu and his 3 now quite grown up looking chicks. I think they must be about the same age as Patrick!

Pram walk (Hawthorndene) 1:40:00 [2]

Very hilly pram walk to M&D's via Upper Sturt Rd, Hollywood, Rosella, then the streets just below the trainline, Hawthorndene Oval and up Keith Rd, down Red Rd (01:15). Then home the hilly way with very tired legs via Batley, Tallarook (0:25).

Run (Blackwood) 37:00 [3]

From Mum and Dad's, through the forest, Frank Smith, up Wynn's Road, down behind the church along the street with all of the lovely old stone cottages, over Coro Station, past Blackwood Kindy, Edgecombe, Main Road, Keith Road - up and down one of the side streets looking for the road reserve to Red Road, then down and up the correct side street further up the road and back to M&D's from Red Rd. I felt quite fast considering the hillyness of this route, but can't tell the distance as I forgot to take a watch and ended up wearing my analogue watch.

Pram walk (Tusmore) 1:00:00 [1]

Easy pram walk around Tusmore with a friend after we nearly froze to death having a picnic in the park with our little ones. Such a cold, bitey breeze! Then it took me 45 minutes to drive home due to an accident on Portrush Road and school traffic on Fullarton. I also drove past a veteran cyclist who'd just come to blows with a car on a back street in Tusmore - he was lying on the road looking worse for wear and the front of his bike was mangled. There were already 5-6 people helping him so I didn't stop, but it always freaks me out a bit seeing that. I saw the ambulance heading for him while I was stuck in traffic a few minutes later.

Pram walk (Hawthorndene) 40:00 [2]

Around Hawthorndene before dinner so Paddy could have a little nap. He slept quite happily under his rain cover through the heavy, freezing downpour that soaked me and Tyson.

Run (Hawthorndene) 36:00 [3] 5.6 km (6:26 / km)

Easy run with Tyson pushing Paddy, Bridget, Simon and Jenny. Lots of stops to wait for the man doing the hard yards pushing the pram, which was nice. Could feel the lack of pelvic floor exercises after Saturday - need to make an effort to do more of these!
