On a good note I bought an old school foamie surf board today to start some prone paddling to help strengthen the back. Can't wait to get out on saturday and give it a try.

Still just spinning the legs but added an 8 minute effort at between 80-84% Max HR which was nice to feel like it was almost real training again.
Back feeling pretty good now but still in the danger zone for re-occurrence which is theoretically over in 12 days time. Then just 12 months for the remaining 15-19% of healing to occur.
