Just logging this all in one. Did 46 min this morning, 25 min was tempo with the campers. Probably just over 4 miles. Came back in the afternoon and did plyos, a 3 mile jog and 8 x 200 all around 31, last two were 29, 27. Camp if phun.

Note

Going to double log for a bit just for fun. I'll probably just do it for the summer so some people can see what collegiate training looks like. Keep in mind I'm not being coached, however. This is the start of my down week. I'm already at 575 miles for the summer. Hopefully this will be some kind of motivation, however no one will likely look at it. But that's cool too.
