Bergen 5k, splits were 5:09, 10:09, 15:24. Stayed conservative. An all out effort but definitely tons of room to improve. Finally ran a PR for the first time since xc. Ready to make moves.

With Adrian. Did 2 by 12 minute fartlek, rest what you run. We hit about 5:40 on the pick ups, so it was solid. My feet really ache, so hopefully icing helps.
Medium long run with Adrian out and around the Big Field. My bowels were suffering, too many smoothies. Also did core and lifting after for the first time in a week. Trying to ease back into lifting.
