Good Long Paddle With Stevej and Dolf to as close to Amiens as we could Physicaly get from Middle Swan Bridge and By looking at the GPS was Pretty Close. the Boys had a Couple of Off's and I Managed to Stay relatively Dry, Both of them got Spiked Stevej in the Chest and Dolf In the Leg c/w an Impending Infection too by the looks of it......

Was My Longest Paddle for....... Ever and Felt realy good after it Stevej has to Modify His Seat to add a little Extra Padding as he was suffering on the Way back....

Nice Easy Run After Our Paddle Stevej was running at 80% and we were both realy comfortable doing that. Especially after Stevej Had a Fairly Major Toilet Stop 20 min In to the Run Grabbing the Biggest Smoothest Leaves off the Trees on the way down to the Lake.......and I'll leave the rest to your own Imaginations......

Ran Well almost made the Same Mistake as I did at the last ND by running straight Past the second Control Luckily for me i Realised my Stuff up and Doubled Back to get to the Second Controll then on to three....

Had a Good Paddle with the "Team" and some competative Sprints thrown in for good measure, Am happy with my progress getting a little more competetive with Stevej and Dolf. Just Gotta work on my Paddling Endurance.

Rode into Perth Via the Coast Nice Morning for it untill the Wind and a little drizzle got me just before I hit home
