shoes: Spirit PRS

Paddled with Dolf, Jacko, Jen and Tooms out to Seal Island minus the Seal
then back to the Coast and along to our start point I managed to have a swim just after launching from the Seaweed infested coast line then Dolf showed Tooms the underside of his new PRS on the way back to the beach.....

Went to the Physio toget my Knee (ITB) seen to.
Lots of painfull Massage with the use of Elbows and Dry Kneedling to boot.
Now I have my Knee strapped for a couple of days....

I was roped into "Running the Line" at my sons Football match on sunday after much objection due to my sore Knee, then paid the price for it on Sunday Afternoon...... being hardly able to walk...

And after a Beer and Pizza night with Danger watching ALL of the Paris-Roubaix and seeing Cancellara Monser the Feild with 50Km to go....
I failed to get up and get on the bike :-( (3 Hours Sleep Max)\
I also Failed in catching the Usual train resulting being 15min late for Work..... oh well early night and I'll try again in the morning if my knee isn't too bad....
