stepped on a hidden drainage channel in the grass on todays run, forcing my foot up. Hurt at the time for a few paces but really hurts now after the run. After sitting down I can barely put any weight on it for the first 30 secs or so then it eases up and I forget about it until I either catch it or sit down again
