Bury Ditches 3.1kn ShGreen - cold windy rainy
I really should not have gone having had a really bad night - bed at 8.30, awake till 2.30, 3hrs sleep, wake at 5.30 doh!
Basically as soon as the ground went uphill my heart went into oversrive and I ground to a halt - not good :-(

got really really tired and headachy in the afternoon and not interested in food (maz has been offcolour too) tried to sleep at teatime but couldn't went to bead eary as I could barely stay awake but then couldn't sleep as was hot and stuffy
