Postensplain - green 3.4k
v.wet & muddy underfoot - probably overdressed due to cold rain b4 start
took 2 big falls including an upside down face plant in ditch :-(

Droitwich XC
started easy but felt awful on 1st lap in muddy conditions. Couldn't run uphill. started feeling it in l.calf and r.adductor so packed.
Poor physical shape.
analysis - haven't done much S&C recently nor stretching, also haven't done that much running. put on 1/2 stone over xmas, also drinking too much.
