cold before the start
hard going off paths through heather , bracken and brambles
had a bit of a ding dong with Liz Godfree

Perry Hall parkrun - cold frosty with some snow
decided to racewalk from the back took till nearly 1/2 way to start feeling comfortable
quite pleased - could easily go under 30 I reckon

physically very dodgy as hadn't recovered from yesterdays run
spent 32 mins in central wood finding just 1 control - STUPID!
