cold n drizzly - yuk!
couldn't find the start triangle on the map and then immediately lost contact on path route to 1 - doh!
Lots of brambles slowing me to a walk in many places else i'd have been flat on my face.
1:5000 map difficult to read in the PGL camp esp through misty/rainy glasses
High ham/piriformis pain towards the end- need to get on top of this again!
