both ankle/lower shins aching this evening - probably need to have a week off to allow some adaptation to take place?

I reckon this might have been due to doing some heel raises before I went for a walk today ?

Note

Got the all clear from Ricky. Still continue with functional strengthening exercises regularly and slow build up of mileage. Don't think about trying 6 running days a week better off doing the strengthening instead.
