Bolton Parkrun - very crowded 2 lap course with rough downhill and Tarmac uphill on each lap. Made up loads of positions going downhill :-)

shoes: Roclite 280/9,5

Rawtenstall 4km technical course. Hilly and more urban than expected so wrong shoe choice. Made 2 massive errors. Ran 6-8 missing 7 (loss 2mins) then ran from 18 to F missing 19 until I saw my hare Julie go past, then had to do 19 before finishing again. (Loss 2.5 mins)
