Hartshill Hayes Blue 6.1km 320m
failed to punch 5 in the 'dark corner' of the map - just didn't see it. Not bad run otherwise flagging on hills. Ding donging with Andy Yeats early on and later with Bruce Bryant. Chose to do blue coz its a very busy map and green had 18c on one side while blue had 25c on 2 sides. Also wore my computer glasses for clarity.

woke up very unsprightly with a high HR of 63 and a nagging headache
probably shouldn't have fun but as its 99th and need to do 100th next week I had to
started v.slow at back and kept telling myself I would walk in a bit but never did
