Summer Rally

Went out way too hard in the first 5-10min as I started slowing down and paying for it after 10min or so and just ended up grinding it out to the end. That was the worst I have ever felt on the Lowry to date. Otherwise I was really happy with the effort as its been a tough week.

Lead climbing practice at the grotto with stu. Onsighted a 5.10 on lead but then got destroyed trying to onsight a 5.11 on lead. Lesson learned. Technique is much better and getting comfortable with climbing about bolts.

Tougher than expected TNT. Long warm up and cool down with 6X pumphouse intervals. Back still a little sore from raid. Otherwise I was happy with the hard effort.

GRR. Had a great time with Sudden and Turbo. New longest run record by a lot. Congrats to the other teams for an awesome race and all the work or the organizers and volunteers.
