SART TimeTrial. Wasn't sure how the ankle was going to be but went out swinging and it turned out to be fine.
Wasn't prepared for some real sprint navigation on this one so made a few reasonable mistakes. Suppose the time trial is not a gimme anymore. 5th.
Watch's optical heart rate monitor must have been to low or loose; didn't get usable data.

SART Round 1. Poor route choice to number 1, and a bit sloppy. Took it slow 'cause it's only round 1. Still 6th overall though, so didn't take it slow enough ;)
Watch data seems more reliable for this one.

SART Round 2. Got Unlucky with the trickle down effects of Eric Bone skipping the time trial - meaning I had to race mildly harder on this one and much much harder on the next one than I otherwise would have had to to secure my spots.
Had a navigationally atrocious start to the race but made it up to win the heat and 3rd overall.
Watch data seems good.

SART Round 3. The night-O.
Had the fastest heat in the west, with Eric Bone, Eric Jones, and Tori Borish all breathing down my neck as I lead the first 9. Bone and Jones passed me as I made some slight errors on the attack of 9 and on leg 10. Held with them for the rest and passed Eric just on the run in for the fun of it. Won that heat and 2nd overall. Impressed that Thomas L managed to squeak the first place on that course by 6 seconds.
This one really hurt the ankle as a couple times I stepped on things that were too steep or uneven for it.
Update on Graeme's ankle.
New X-ray physio wanted came back with "very subtle linear lucency ..." and "... suggesting healing of a undisplayed hairline fracture". Doctor said it's fine to run unless the pain starts to increase dramatically.
Would have casted me had he caught it 8 weeks ago...
Swimming20:00 [2]
Tried to go swimming. Main pool was closed so just lots of I think 25m lengths. Tried three settings on my watch but couldn't turn off the auto lap detect so I broke the olympic record for 100m breaststroke by supposedly doing 4x25m in like 50secs.
Only did breaststroke as flutter kicks hurt the ankle.

WET at Dias Island.
First time on this map so that was fun!
Ankle felt surprisingly good. Only minimal pain until the last km or so, then a bit more but still not too bad :)
