Went for a quick burn on the roads, wanted to hit a 20min 5k, couldn't quite do it. Probably should have taken less hills.

Also ankle hurt more than it was supposed to. Maybe its my innovates. Or pavement...

Alberta Champs long. Made a ~45second error on number one then pretty clean. Again just slow. But again pleased with my navigation and second place.

HR data potentially accurate for this one so I included it. Not at all accurate for the other 2.
