A very stressful/frustrating day of dealing with various advisors and directors at UBC to get my graduation requirements fixed moved my gym time off of Tuesday. Was then planning a gym and a run for Weds but woke up feeling very sick again. Got through half the gym but not well.

Ooof, chest felt tight. Ankle hurt a bit but not terrible.
