Went for a run in Pacific Spirit Park - Tried to keep it under 5min/km for 12 km.
Ankel sore. Really nice to see the sun though!

4x1km with 3:30 jogging rest
4:17 (30m climb)
4:32 (48m climb)
4:10 (25m down)
5:50 (72m down - too many corners and stairs)
Then ~11 min home.

Chest tight still :s

WET at the north end of UBC. A couple fun little sprints to keep the mind going. Took it slow as I've got a pretty full on cold (maybe a byproduct of the long run in the downpour?)

Went for a bit of a longer run when I thought there was a break in the rain. Turned back into an absolute downpour, rivers were all very impressive, was slow at the begging trying to keep my socks dry. Later on I was just running in a stream and wearing several extra pounds of water.

Ankle didn't wait till after the run to start hurting like it usually does - might have been a bit long of a run.
