When the wet is this close to home I have to bend the rules a bit ;)
Also felt good to finally go a reasonable distance/amount of climb.
Ankle didn't love it but didn't hurt much either.

Purposely made a suboptimal route to 3 to stay on the trails instead of bombing down the road - Nate and IHM still would have had me be a couple min though.

More specialized doctor.
Got an order for a CT scan, a dose of anti-inflamitories and a prescription for new orthotics if the orthotics lady thinks I need them (I see her late next week).

Demo road. Took it a bit more casually, still a decent time though.
