Orienteering 22:37 [3] 4.27 km (5:18 / km) +34m 5:06 / km

WET at Musqueam Park. Probably went out a bit too quick, didn't feel too tired but definitely ran out of gas after half way maybe.

Gym Workout 50:00 [0]

Running 14:17 [3] 3.5 km (4:05 / km) +18m 3:59 / km

Fell off the 3k bandwagon a bit there. Thought it'd be good to have a shakeout after yesterday, not sure my ankle agreed...

Orienteering 40:37 [3] 3.97 km (10:14 / km) +68m 9:25 / km

Pie course at Brandywine. Hung three flags then went round the course to the other 10. Made a large mistake on #8...

Orienteering 45:08 [2] 3.54 km (12:45 / km) +58m 11:47 / km

Line O with Adam at brandywine also collect ~5 flags we'd put out.

Orienteering 43:10 [3] 3.8 km (11:22 / km) +184m 9:09 / km

A short middle like course at one duck, no flags in the woods. Couple large errors :s

Biking 1:23:48 [2] 33.83 km (2:29 / km) +472m 2:19 / km

Demo road but started by going down to the bottom first to add a bit of distance/climb. Saw a deer like an arms length away, pretty cool.
