WET Yaletown. Fun re-run of sprint camp event. Made a mistake by mis-remembering one control instead of checking the map

Lunch run up and around Byrne Creek Ravine.

Ran up the Enderby cliffs had to push a bit to race the setting sun. Ankle did not enjoy the rush down.

Thursday Oct 4, 2018 #

Bike from Mechanic to work. Bike seat was left too high for me so it was quite uncomfortable.

Biking 1:11:47 [1] 25.9 km (2:46 / km) +203m 2:40 / km

Bike from work back to mechanic's. Stood up the whole time :(
