Mountain Run/Hike 5:08:13 [2] 24.25 km (12:43 / km) +1653m 9:29 / km

Lynn Peak, The Needles, down Coliseum Mountain trail and back from Norman Falls. Gorgeous day, very fun adventure.
A pretty serious bushwhack for a k or two after the North Needle, very scratched up and a little concerned for my safety a few times. Flagged enough to confirm you've chosen the right cliff to go down but rarely enough to tell you which cliff to go down.

Ankle very painful by the end - nice confirmation that Tuesday's surgery is needed

Friday Jun 14 #

Biking 39:32 [1] 13.17 km (3:00 / km) +166m 2:49 / km

Bike to/from work.

Thursday Jun 13 #

Running 18:19 [4] 5.0 km (3:40 / km)

5K Track race at the Pacific Distance Carnival.
Digestive system was having some issues beforehand but wasn't toooo bad during.
Bit disappointed I wasn't <18 but oh well, haven't been hitting the track enough lately I suppose

Fun to watch the Canadian 10k Championships with Ben after. Very speedy people.
