Long run with Conor around Glendalough. With Rauiri for the first hour, made us push a bit on the uphill so that was good. Beautiful run, decent enough weather.

MapRun course at Herbert Park. Only a 1:2500 map though so things were coming up really quick.

Exhausted, probably need a better nights sleep after a hill workout that turns into a long run.

To Marlay. Chose to ride because traffic looked bad and biking would be faster. Rain didn't look too bad. It was. Got absolutely soaked.

Running 1:51:55 [3] 18.62 km (6:01 / km) +706m 5:03 / km

6 min up the road the 3 x Angohus hill: 5:32, 5:39, 5:28. Then bonus up to Fairy Castle because all of a sudden it was a beautiful evening.
