rowed 1000 m then ran 4 miles on treadmill. Felt like I needed to run as it had been a while. Body felt good.

Legs felt tired today. Workout was 4 X 10 min intervals at lower RPM and 100% FTP. Mentally tough.

Skiied at West Bragg - very cold! Trails not perfect but had been groomed a couple of days earlier so there were some tracks. Nice to have a change of scenery.
