CSR Brick - despite being very hungover and stiff from yesterday's workout. Managed to suffer for 3 hours. Seemed less intense than the last brick - not sure why. Very tired after.

Trying to get back into some sort of routine. Need to work on hip and posterior chain strength. Frustrated with how stiff I was after today's run.

Pretty intense class - short high speed intervals followed by 105% of threshold. Was able to do the workout today and had good power. Thank God.
