Nelson to Balfour and back. Right knee extremely painful on uphills - don't know why! Also felt pretty tired.

super slow jog with Mikka to see if my body felt ok. Felt pretty weird for about the first 1k then settled in. Mikka didn't want to run.

Went out again this afternoon for another run on my own terns. Felt quite spaced out and after about 6k really got tired. Obviously the anti inflammatory meds are making me feel weird and tired. Good news is my neck feels OK

Went for a massage to fix my stiff neck and it made it way worse plus I stupidly had a chiro I didn't know try to work on it - that is pain

Great trail run with John & Hugh - big Elbow to Nahahi Creek trail for 7k then back. I didn't feel wonderful, especially on the uphill, but it was a good run.

Grizzly Run club - ran at the Nordic Centre for 14k then continued up the Grassi Lakes trail for a bit. Got quite rained on. Good run, but I got pretty tired.

Highwood Pass from Barrier Dam. Got rained on from top almost to gate then cleared up beautifully. Good workout with Ally!

Slowish trail run with Mikka. Legs feeling better again although there is still some residual soreness.

Hiked up Mount Lady MacDonald with John and Mikka. Legs felt like lead on the way down - wake up call!!
