Skied from Skoki trying to find the route around Skoki mountain. After having some difficultly locating the trailhead, we followed flagging until it ended in the middle of a forest. Mucked about but couldn't find the trail (very deep snow so no tracks). Backtracked, then skied on Mist Meadow. Beautiful day!!

Skied into Skoki Lodge on rental touring skis (with metal edges). Should have put skins on as herringbone sucked on such a narrow trail and then it was a slog up Deception Pass. Scary downhill into Skoki (for me). Left toe sore from jamming it in my boot doing snowplow!

Skied on the golf course on my old, heavy skis, with Lynn and Frank. Pretty good conditions with all the new snow - breaking some trail otherwise skier set tracks.

Cancervive Powderfest at Fortress Mountain. Great day but lots of waiting around. Trying to estimate time on snowshoes where we were moving ... kind of hard but think it was about 3 hours.
