Started off by trying the rollers. Did it although pretty nervous!
Workout with a some high rpm drills followed by a 3k hill of 4 - 5%, 3x with increasing power, the last one being all out. Felt REALLY crappy pushing too hard - didn't have enough breakfast or hydration perhaps? Sketchy.
Class at CNC - went into a faster group and could barely keep up. They were doing hill intervals, which I found very difficult due to my shitty skate technique. However, I did have a good time.
Skied with the Kuppes on their new skis but they were having a lot of trouble and we stopped a billion times. Probably equivalent of an hour of moving time.
