Skied at Confederation, following Bruce who was breaking trail because of all the snow.

Snowshoe walk on the golf course with Mikka - included this as a workout because the snow was so deep it was work!

Ran on the track (blech) at Winsport. Not sure of exact time - this seems fast.

Started off by trying the rollers. Did it although pretty nervous!

Workout with a some high rpm drills followed by a 3k hill of 4 - 5%, 3x with increasing power, the last one being all out. Felt REALLY crappy pushing too hard - didn't have enough breakfast or hydration perhaps? Sketchy.

Class at CNC - went into a faster group and could barely keep up. They were doing hill intervals, which I found very difficult due to my shitty skate technique. However, I did have a good time.

First solid 1 mile run in 5 weeks, on treadmill. Testing ankle. Felt OK. Will see if it stiffens up later.
