This is total moving time. It took us longer as we stopped for lunch. Hiked with John and Peter to Headwall Lakes. Brought Mikka. Pretty hike. First part very runnable (3.5k) then gets a bit messy with flood damage.

First time on a "real" paddleboard. Went with Carol and neighbour Barb on Okanagan Lake. Really enjoyed it!

Rode with Jim and John out on Green Lake road to the Apex turnoff and back, then tootled around some areas of Penticton/Naramata looking at neighbourhoods and houses for sale.

Ran from Jim and Carol's place up the KVR in the middle of the day in peak heat. Was already tired from paddling 3 hours in the kayak supporting John in his race. Felt pretty shitty coming back in the stifling heat.

kayaking 2:38:00 [2] 7.0 km (22:34 / km)

Supported John in the kayak in the Rattlesnake island swim. Wasn't really a workout but it got very windy on the way back and I had trouble keeping straight for the destination and then I worked out a bit harder.

Tested out mtn bike after cleaning it and determined the front cog is irreparably bent from my chain break incident. Took it to the bike shop and they are fixing it.

Not a good run - very hot and then my bowels started acting up necessitating a long stop at the 8k point.

From Allan Bill, did Snagmore, Boundary ridge and back on shitty lower trails. With Elaine who I thought could mountain bike but she was very timid and I did a lot of waiting. Also, I broke my chain and that took forever to fix.
