biked around reservoir pulling my 7 year old son on a trail-a-bike

ran around reservoir with jolson - discovered cross country trail on south side (new to me)

paddled around reservoir with jolson - used canoe paddles today and felt mighty fine

Score-O on Nose Hill. Best part was impaling my foot on a stick (went right through the sole of my shoe) and my misguided efforts to remove it from my shoe (with my teeth).
