Excellent easy-paced trail run with John and Mikka. Went on "new trail" behind Bowness Park that I didn't know existed. Tired at first but then gradually felt better. Great to be off the bike!

Individual Time Trial at BBF - really sucked today - my Garmin died so I had no data and I wasn't able to hold my pace on the hills. Really disappointed with my performance.

Lake Louise-Banff Road Race at Banff Bike Fest. In peloton most of the way. Fell off once but got back on. Fried my legs for the finish though. Fun but nerve-racking!
