Hiked up Mount Lady MacDonald with John and Mikka. Legs felt like lead on the way down - wake up call!!

Rode from home and out through COP to Springbank and then lots of small roads in lower Springbank etc. Very nice ride actually.

Slowish run - body feeling a bit sluggish. Just did the run to loosen things up a bit before doing weights.

Due to the rain, did a bike class. Basically 12 X 2 min intervals at 110% of FTP and 3 min recovery (plus warmup and cooldown). Felt pretty good.
