Took the day off because of weakness from yesterday's severe GI problems

Trail Running race 2:20 [4] 21.0 km (7 / km) +557m 6 / km

5 Peaks Canmore - half marathon (trail). Took it easy (relatively) to see if my knee would hold up). Knee OK. However, had lack of energy at around 19k point. Then, after the race a serious GI issue. Not good

Prairie Mtn, with Elaine. Less than 1 hour up. Left knee hurt on the downhill - worried about this weekend's race.
