Skied with the Kuppes on their new skis but they were having a lot of trouble and we stopped a billion times. Probably equivalent of an hour of moving time.

2700m swim! Testing tight shoulder - felt a bit weird but I went very easy.

Did 10 min warmup on elliptical and rowed 1000m before doing 2 X 15 of various weights and core

Did a warmup, then a 20 min TT. Was fine for first 10 min then kind of died and had trouble with cadence dropping and computrainer adding resistance. Still averaged 195 watts which I was happy with.
