Bouldering, traversed whole gym and then into it . . . elbows hurt!

First paddle in ages with Wobbles and I forgot to wax the seat so there was a fair bit of sliding around! Only one swim but too many wallows! Some of the swell waves were huge and one broke on top of me. Bounced around like a cork from City onwards as the waves got bigger.

Winds 19 knots, gusting to 27, no idea of wave height cos the Cott website is down!

Only bouldering tonight, fingertips not happy!! But I am, I'm stronger now than when I used to boulder a lot which makes a lot of difference, I just can't climb for as long until I toughen up my fingers.

And Wobbles is fixed so I have many reasons to be a happy girl today!

Like riding a bike really, I got a 21 with one hang, flashed a 19, and in Rockface style failed at the top of an 18. Did some bouldering with Yong and Scotty (not their problems tho!) and Emma is loving it.

Followed up by a serious chin-ups session with several sets of four and am really close to a wide arm chin-up!

City Beach in a sea breeze at 7am! Two walks on the way to the lump of concrete, 14:35, 2min rest, back at just before 30:00 with no walks cos the wind was behind me.
