Still gradually upping things. Also did extra stretches cos my favourite cricketer Daniel Vettori was heading for a century and it was on the TV in the gym!

Jogging still feels terrible, managed 500m in the first km and maybe only once 300m without stopping to walk over the next 1.5km.

Fun bouncy little paddle Meelup across Eagle Bay, planned on 10km but I could feel the wind picking up behind me so I turned and blasted back into it. Still fun and GB is the most beautiful place to paddle!

From Dunsborough main beach down in the direction of Meelup and back. Didn't eat enough brekky so I hit the wall with 2km to go, which was precisely when an offshore wind appeared!

My first attempt at real ocean swimming, 250m in I got stung by a jellyfish and the water tasted terrible. Back to the pool for me!

However from my GPS data I do seem to be quite good at ocean swimming . . . something is quite wrong there but GEEEEEZ if those data were real . . . .

Dawdle Meelup up to Eagle Bay, vicious offshore wind kicked up which made for some 'entertainment' getting back!

Jogged the first 2km today. Jogged (with two stops for traffic) the first 950m then tried 300m jog, 200m walk - got that once, then really started to suffer with a head wind.

This run did NOT feel good. :-( 1st km - 6:25, 2nd km - 7:49

Getting a little bit stronger each time, up to 3 reps of 12.5kg per arm on biceps now!
