Run in the scenic suburb of Bedford. First km was 6:43 (down a slight hill at first) and total only 2sec off my 3km PB. Hated it though, this is SOOO hard.

Not sure if I burned enough calories to incinerate the scrambled eggs on toast for Second Breakfast, half a pizza at lunch, and random amount of Lindt choc bunny and choc eggs eaten during the day but I will be good tomorrow!!!!

Annual Good Friday paddle with the outrigger crew, and what a beautiful day! City Beach to Scarbs return, with a bit of wave catching on the way back for fun.

Outgoing tide and general weariness made the first half of this paddle a slog, but I enjoyed it more when we turned and I was doing 6:00/km. A bit bouncy between the Narrows and Boat Shed on the way back to make sure I didn't go catatonic.

Awful! I had nothing in my muscles and stopped after the first sprint, did the 3rd but wasn't able to work very hard so I decided this was counter-productive and came in.

Then I had a stretch and discovered the problem, very sore muscles from that bloody 515! Or four year old germs. Either way it's Raf's fault and definitely not mine. :-)
