Well I won't be doing this class again, it was a Les Mills high intensity interval training class and involved a lot of jumping and bouncing and all manner of things that made me worry about my foot.

I see how it would be good if you wanted to do that sort of class but I could hear Jacko saying DON'T DO THAT all the time.

Need more strongs ! I skipped the bits I hate, because it is their existence that has caused me to ignore my TRX for so long.

Another weird one with sections of not much to catch.There were a couple big yachts out there, one of which came much too close for comfort.I don't think they ever saw me but they certainly heard me!

A mad googling session yesterday resulting in a name for my gasping-while-running issue - exertional dyspnoea. It also gave a possible treatment, breathe through your nose.

I combined that with a serious attempt to slow down and ran 2.1km without stopping. It didn't feel great but I did manage to go about :10/km slower (I'm not sure how I can go any slower than I am and still be able to call it running).

On the way back I breathed in through my nose and out through my mouth, and also experimented with a 200m walk break which I think might be the way to go as I ran 700m after that.

I wish I could figure out why I'm gasping for air while my heart plods along at 140bpm. I ran the first 2km today but then had to walk the majority of the 3rd km and the 4th wasn't much better.
