Some idiot left her GPS on the counter so the time is a bit of a guess. Felt fast though, other than the horrid Gunjin which I started in the big front chain ring, too hard for me!

Usual CF trails, cut Hwy to Dell short as it was terribly muddy, then up Gunjin and back on Muffin Tops and the green trail to finish as Kris and I had faffed around too much already.

Sprints. Should have been 6 x 500m but even during the warmup I felt weary so I cut it back to 4 x 500m and that was miserable enough, losing the technique in the last 100m of each.

There are people worse at MTB than me! This was more beginner-level than I am and I got stuck behind people with irrational fears of roots and rocks. Nice to meet some other female riders but I wish I had done a 'real' ride instead.

I will do tomorrow, and then also Monday. :-)

Classic ectomorph - I started back in the weight room at the beginning of August, at 60.9kg. Now I am 2.1kg LESS.

I'd like to think I've lost fat and gained muscle . . . .

Reasonably nice to start, then a headwind most of the way back - but still a consistent speed for this paddle since June despite hardly training for three months.
